    Anyone Down For A 1on1 Comp?

    Met a lot of guys on this site that really helped motivate me to want to get fit and live a healthier lifestyle.

    One of these guys is Bigollie2006. When I was hyped up, I managed to lose a few pounds, then lost focus and just maintained. But I've been doing starting strength again and watching diet diligently for the past month, but could use some motivation. I've got some of the knowledge base down, I got the "want", got the tools, but now I want competition. Hopefully it'll get drive me harder to get to where i want.

    Back in the day he had a 1-on-1 comp w/ Theketoman. The Official Bigollie2006 Vs TheKetoMan and it was pretty good in theory. Hope theketoman's still going strong. But I'd like to get someone to join me in the same type of body transformation competition. I'm not that big, but I do have a high bf%. i'm 5'10" 175 (i'm pretty much like GSP +5lbs. LOL)

    Lookin for someone who has the same goals similar attributes in stats. Weight-in / take pic once a week and hopefully in 3 months, we both get damn good transformations? We make a thread on Workout Journals / Losing Fat? Anyone down for it? Suggestions? Looking to start ASAP. It would be fun, comp prize would be negotiated, or heck, i'd be happy with just the change. If a group's down, I'm cool with it, the more the merrier, I just hate it with the Fat Loss Comps how 25% end up quitting. I'm here to win. So 3 months full-on. PM or post in-thread & let's get 'er done!

    I'm up for it.

    I already have some fat-loss partners, but, ultimately this is what I was looking for.

    One of them just joined and the other will join me in about a week and a half.

    Might just turn into one big battle.

    I know all I need to know about fitness. Studied the ISSA certification.

    Just let me know in my fat loss log. Regardless if you agree or not, know this: I've already started. I know for a fact I can easily lose 10 pounds per week. I'm confident I can reach 184# in 3 months if not less.

    Hey Im a long time lurker, need to finally kick it in gear. I'd be down for this

    Stats:
    5'9"
    225 lbs
    Somewhere around 30% BF

    I have a decent amount of strength but not sure how much of that transfers to LBM

    Best Lifts:
    Bench: 205
    Squat: 335 x2
    Deadlift: 385 (missed the lockout on second rep)

    All right. Looks like it's a Comp in the making. I'm down if more people are in interested. I wanna get 'er done ASAP. I don't like the idea of takin up space in the Losing Fat forum as a lot of the dudes / dudettes there got legitimate questions / comments and this is more recreational / social and eappleton's got his comp on the forum already.

    I learned nothing from the course. I threw away the course book and did not go through the certification process.

    I already knew, years before taking the course, most things about the nervous system and the muscles adaptations processes.

    Self-experimenting and what I learned from Buddhism showed me the only thing I need to do to get what I want fitness wise.

    Energy in < Energy out + Extreme physical exertion = badass results.
