Calories are Calories..unless you're really into the full health aspect of eating just drink that if you need 800 calories.
I'm more of a macro breakdown guy rather than total calorie count though along with eating for health instead of just getting calories in."I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13

I mean, by itself that isn't expensive haha...but $3.68 seven times a week is ~26 dollars a week. That's ~1400 dollars a year just to milk lol...that coupled with food and living expenses and school = my wallet feels empty
Imo, when people accept the fact that gaining some fat isn't a bad thing, that's when the real gains start coming in.If you spend all of your time thinking about what could have been, much more than what is, you eventually realize that what is could have been much more.

You drink 22 cups of milk a day!? Why would you do that...do you eat any food? I have done gomad before but your doing significantly more than even that.
And in terms of a quick meal, it would personally take me a decent amount of time to drink 40+ ounces of whole milk unless i chugged it, ion which case i would probably get sick.

I agree, however. Im an athlete so for me to run my fastest, I need to have very minimal BF. the more BF i have, the slower I am, so for me, stregth gains are great and I am still getting them. But lowering my BF is also a goal I have in mind. Which is why I could not bring myself to eat 176g of fat in milk alone

Depends on the milk. (I would assume not skim since you'd have like 2.5 cups left out of a gallon. lol
