My breakfast threads are getting redundant and boring even to myself, however, questions must be answered and I appreciate your responses.
How's this for breakfast? I know it's not ideal but is it acceptable.
1 Pop tart
1 scoop whey shake.
The pop tart should provide the carbs for the absorption of the protein, correct?
Thanks in advance.

so why would u want to incorporate somethign that is loaded with sugar into ur body everyday? sure 1 wont kill you but there are 100's of better choices out there
how about some whole wheat bread, some whole grain cereal, oatmeal??
these are 100% better for ur body and takign in 1 poptart and a shake in the morning is prob what 250-300 calories at the most? how much do u eat a day and are u tryign to starve urself??
i think ur getting some bad carbs in the morning IE white processed food + all the sguars from ur poptart.. the whey shake aint bad.. it would be better to get ur carbs from a better complex carbohydrate source or a good fruit source IMO

um... why do you want a poptart?
I'd like to eat a pecan pie with my dinner every night, but y'know, it's not healthy.
are you cutting or bulking? you could count it as dirty-bulking if you're bulking, but the fact that you care about the caloric value of a poptart, and aren't having ANY complex carbs in the morn would assume you know little/nothing about proper nutrition
... just sayin.Still workin'

I've been having intense cravings for pop tarts! Are there other very good tasting bars that are relatively healthy? I was looking at toaster strudels but IMO too much fat, even though there's half the sugar compared to the pop tarts. I looked at the oatmeal to go pastries. What do you guys recommend, I can't fathom eating oatmeal every day. Gotta have my sweets.

Curious... is the pop tart raw (err, not toasted) or toasted?
P.S. it's all about them strudels... (no homo)"I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with senses, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use and by some other means to give us knowledge which we can attain by them." Galileo Galilei

I wouldnt eat a pop tart and shake for your breakfast, although if you wanna eat a poptart for a snack or something, go for it. If your cutting, eating a pop tart isnt going to help you out too much. But if your bulking, why the hell not? A lot of people that are saying NO MAN DONT EAT IT, ITS NOT WORTH IT! weight 150 or under. Eating a ****ing poptart (if your bulking) isnt a big ****ing deal. Your not trying to stay cut up, your trying to put on frigin mass, once you start cutting, its a whole other story though. Honestly, I dont know what I would do without my cheat foods, I eat frozen burritos, frozen pizzas, fast food, and other **** (yes, poptarts) pretty often. Im bulking and need the carbs and calories. Sure its not the cleanest bulk, but I need my calories, clean or not.

Here's a good article about 'bulking'.
