I have follow all pro routine full body workout beginners 3 days a week while other day 2 day i do cardio and abs. I have a cheat day which is on satuday.
Here is the problem. Right now im 205lbs and have been this since 1 1/2 month while doing this routing. Im definitly losing weight since everybody tells me, my jeans which were tight now are loose, my face doesnt look to fat like before etc. I have been cutting with around 400-500 calories deficient. 2200 calories to be exact while my maintance calories is around 2700.
My abs are showing more and more, my arms bicepts getting really hard and showing definition, chest hard, legs getting hard and skinny. My waist is getting smaller and i can fit in all my jeans again.
How is this possible while still maintaining the same weight

it's called noob gains, because beginners usually end up losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time for the first few weeks.

I'm just letting you know my personal experience man, but it would be almost impossible to make gains at a deficit of 500 calories a day! My lifts remained the same, like 8 reps at 145 for bench, but once I maxed out I could tell I had gotten weaker. You are probably losing fat quite simply because you are more active than before, lifting is a great cardio workout...Are you sure you are losing fat? Have you done calculations for before you began your cut and after? You should do the same thing with your muscles, measure them to see if you are gaining definition or just toning them. Just trying to help man
If you want it, you have to work for it.

Your just cutting down on you body fat percentage, and you adding muscle weight at the same time thats why the scale shows the same number, but you physical appearance is changing.
You didnt really say what your goal was. To lose fat, to gain muscle, to lose the fat then build muscle...
1)So if u want to lose fat just drop the whole body workout cut a few more calories and do more cardio.
2)If you want to gain muscle, you can loose weight first then build muscle later
3)If you want to do both, just keep doing what your doing for a few months you will lose some fat but your weight wont go down much due to muscle gains.. And cut later on and you might have a decent muscular build once you cut.
