    zinc and b6-what should i know?

    ive started taking b6 and zinc to help my hormone production(i am a male)

    taking 50mg zinc and 250 b6 a day and am just wondering what i should know

    is there anything in my diet that i should increase to help out this intake of vitamins? ive heard not to drink milk and hour prior to taking zinc as it cuts the absorbtion by half( i take these before bed)

    and i hear higher zinc requires more b6 to help absorbtion

    ive also heard something about water absorbtion which i did not completely understand, should i be drinking more water through out the day to help out these vitamins?

    anything you think i should know that will help will be useful

    you should know that zinc and b6 on daily basis on these doses..in case you are not seriously deficient can **** you up big time
