Not too heavy, 350 today...next week 375...aiming for 1100+ total in my next meet.

It actually does, and I'm not even a fan of the series.

I read the first couple of books in middle school and I was actually disappointed with the first movie because in my imagination it looked so much cooler lol

Of course. I monitor the patients' to make sure they have aminos surging through their veins at all times. I work in the Anabolic Unit and all my patients are swole with a steady 40-40-20 diet including acorns.

yep, same. The earlier movies were kinda childish but these later ones have been really good. Early reviews for pt. 2 are very very good

In my experience, you shouldnt load samples and you dont need samples preworkout. If you did want them tho, Id go with samples I trusted. Honestly, I use all of my samples and have even gotten everyone in my gym to use my samples.

For some reason it bothers me when I talk to the most built and aesthetic guys at my gym and they tell me they dont follow a diet or routine.

Eat whatever they want and how much they want daily and drink 3-4 days a week and train on "instinct".....

how can you lock a fully-willing-to-work employee out from their job, refuse to pay them the money you promised them in their contract, refuse to allow them to use your training facilities to stay in top physical shape to perform for you, refuse to allow them to have contact with management in any form....

Driving drunk is one of the most irresponsible things someone can do. Making a homophobic slur on a public radio show is one of the dumbest. Both acts are indefensible.

But punishable?

By an employer who refuses to employ you?
