Kai did have a small, tight waist a few years ago (proof, and a few questions)

This is the best physique ever IMO. This is a slightly smaller version of Kai where he had a strong resemblance to Flex Wheeler.

He is obviously bigger now, but his waist is also bigger. How much do you think he weighed in this clip? I would say if he now weighs 260 in contest shape, he weighed around 245 here.

If he showed up to the Olympia with this kind of conditioning, with his added size, he would be the best bodybuilder on stage no questions asked.

Do you agree or not.

Levrone better than Ronnie? At no point is this true. Ronnie was not known for great leg separation after 2000 but he still has as much as Levrone ever did. In 98 and 99 he has everything you would ever need in a perfect physique.
