Hello Ladies (or gentlemen. ),
I notice you get posts like this ALL the time but here is one..once more. I have some goals in the weight department I would like to achieve, but I'm a bit more private with my matters. If someone here feels they are experienced enough (I know there are a lot of you here who are.) to help me with my goal I would be more then willing to privately send you my stats, goals, etc in hopes you can help me out with a meal plan and the such. Thank you!

For advise like that, you may be better off finding a nutritionist or trainer. What you're asking is for someone to come up with a plan that fits you...which takes some time and effort. That is why it's better to pay someone for that

*sigh, I wish I could hire a personal trainer, but like most people in this expensive world I am broke....:/ Haha. I'm sure reading stuff from this site will put me in the right direction though.
