A little help, perhaps?
Hello Ladies (or gentlemen.),
I notice you get posts like this ALL the time but here is one..once more. I have some goals in the weight department I would like to achieve, but I'm a bit more private with my matters. If someone here feels they are experienced enough (I know there are a lot of you here who are.) to help me with my goal I would be more then willing to privately send you my stats, goals, etc in hopes you can help me out with a meal plan and the such. Thank you!

For advise like that, you may be better off finding a nutritionist or trainer. What you're asking is for someone to come up with a plan that fits you...which takes some time and effort. That is why it's better to pay someone for that

*sigh, I wish I could hire a personal trainer, but like most people in this expensive world I am broke....:/ Haha. I'm sure reading stuff from this site will put me in the right direction though.

This site is a great resource. If you are self motivated and take the time to research, then you should find all you need on this site. If you ever have any specific questions the ladies here are usually happy to chime in.
