ok for a while i have been saying ( bike). all the biking i have done has payed off. i am becoming a simi pro in cycling. i am buying a bike next sat. 600 dollars to start off. i am getting a speiclized sirus. i am not to smart on the bike but i am going to find it sat and buy one. but going simi pro at 16 i think is good. but my goal is to make lance armstrong look like a bitch. so any good traing routines u can give me on this. since i have been biking this is what it has done to me. here are some pics. what do u think. but could u help me out with a good routien so i can become better. i avg now wiht a mountian bike ( 109. 95) 15 miles in 45. the bike weighs around 9- 12 or 13 lbs. i will be getting one taht weighs around 2 lbs. and more gears. so it will be alot better. so any help will be nice thank u. ok these are before.

ok i get it all the time. it is ok. the ppl i work out with know what i can do. u can talk all the trash u want and not believe me it ok i understand. but they are not fake thay are true. that is all i am going to say about it.

dude wtf are you talking about..i raced bicycles for a good 5 years..what do you meen you are going to be a "simi pro"..they go in categories, 1 and 2's, 3,4,5 and junior divisions...semi pro would be considered cat 1 and those are guys who've been racing for a good part of their life..
we understand that uglienesss and fattness are disorders, much like baldness and necrophilia.. and its only your fault if you dont hate yourself enough to do something about it-dodgeball
