    Rounding of the back, raise your chest up higher. Your bending your elbows, arms should be in a dead hang as if they are just hooks holding the bar. Your hyperextending at the top which is not needed. On decend your bending knees too soon so bar is having to go out and over the knee vs straight down.

    Are you referring to both videos? I'm aware of the hyper-extension at the top, but it didn't feel like I was rounding my back. It also doesn't feel like my elbows are bent. I'll have to work on that.

    Referring to first video. Noticed elbows bending mid way through. Back looks rounded in general throughout. Concentrate on chest up and it should solve that issue. Every rep u should set down, position above mid foot, hips and chest up, then pull.

    fix my lift but don't tell me what is wrong?

    some looked good and some not to bad

    I would work on consistency more then anything at this point. keep the weight ligher then you think to avoid injury while you find your groove.

    just my opinion which probably does not count since my avi sucks
