This was a cheat weekend for me!
Friday drank a few pints of beer, then soaked it up with some fries and a burger.
Saturday overdid it on sweets (cookies, cake, icecream). It tasted like heaven, but now I am paying the price in a huge way.

Alright I finally have something to post here...
Last night I got pretty wasted and after a long night of partying and drinking, I had munchies like crazy....this is what I remember:
Had about 2000 calories of pretty clean food throughout the day before the big night.
First of all, I had about 10-15 drinks so we'll call that 1500 empty calories right there...here's the late night munchies cheat to follow the booze:
2 cups of mini pretzels,
a few nachos with spicey nacho cheese dip (maybe 3 or 4 mouthfulls)
5 peanut butter cookies... http://www.nabisco.com/Brands/Produc...uct=4400001565
From WaWa (minimart):
1 coffee cake muffin... http://www.wawa.com/foodchoices/nutr...e=true&parent=
4 Nutter Butter cookies... http://www.nabiscoworld.com/Brands/P...uct=4400008845
2 mini packs of Fig Newtons.... http://www.nabiscoworld.com/Brands/P...uct=4400000145
1 pineapple pie/turnover type pastry (I'll call it 500 calories...about the same size as a McDonalds Apple Pie)
I ordered a 6" meatball hoagie but was too impatient to wait for it so just left and went home
When I got home:
2 cold slices of dominos pepperoni pizza from a x-large pie
a 6 inch stromboli with lots of ketchup
a spoonful of PB company White Chocolate Wonderful flavored Peanut Butter
Probably around 7,000 calories for the whole day. I didn't lift but I biked 14 miles and did about 20 minutes of pushups and crunches early in the day...was planning on taking the day off but I figured some extra cardio doesnt hurt.
Is this respectable cheating? How many calories in one of your cheat days (open question to the forum)?Last edited by jfla32033; 08-19-2007 at 08:28 AM.

I have been cheating for the last 3 days!!! I normally am lucky to have one cheat a week but my buddy is home on leave from the service and I have not seen him since I left to iraq 2 years ago. He talked me into having a few drinks three days ago and I woke up the next morning just starving so I went and bought a pizza, some ice cream and a bunch of candy. Yesterday was his sisters wedding and there were two kegs there and no one was drinking. I decided to let loose again and we started drinking at 2 pm and closed the bars last night, so 12 hours of drinking (tons of beer, 4 yager bombs, and couple shots of crown royal and hot damn.) I havent drank in 8 months till the other day so that is a ****load of booze for me. I am paying for it this morning, I have the worse headache right now and I am dying for some pizza, I am gonna behave myself though.
Hard times don't last, hard people do.

2 More days until golden corral.
This is my deload week to help me recover so im lifting only 2 days this week. Doing 2000 calories on off days and on workout days having refeeds. Tuesday is golden corral and it will be after 3 low calorie days so its going to be 5000+ calorie cheat, i bet my friend I could eat more then he could so we will see. I might do low calorie monday to make sure I got room to win. I might take a camera for this one .New 5/3/1 Strength Journal:

lol its going to take me longer to plan this cheat than itll take me to eat it coz i want it to be exactly what i want haha - im craving really greasy - crappy food so like friendlys or dennys is kind of appealing because i know the portions are huge, but there is something to be said for quality - like a "higher end" chain - houlihans maybe - nice buffalo chicken appetizer - baked potato soup - chicken/steak fajitas, then head over the DQ (all in the mall) - decisions, decisions - suggestions def. welcome.
ive considered red robin, 99, friendlys, dennys, ihop, houlihans, ruby tuesday, applebees, tgi fridays, pizza uno, outback....

i love the warrior mentality when get when you are cheating - anyhow let's get this party started
just had
4 oz of lean turkey with some fat free cheese, 16 oz of strawberries, and 100g of oats with almonds, raisins and honey
just a warm-up for tonight's grease meal and dessert
p.s. i can feel the oats stretching my stomach - i ate 100g - props again to dedicatedforlif for downing 1500g - that takes heartreppin the dirty jerz 201

aight - i figured i could spend $25 more wisely at a store and for 25.42 - that's precisely what i did - note the onion rings will be dipped in sweet baby ray's bbq sauce, which is not pictured - and i will not eat all that lean beef...prob just 6 oz....but everything else im housing....p.s. i already ate ben and jerrys earlier hence no more ice cream - or else idve had that as well

Reading While Cheating reminds me of when I was a kid and used to have a tupperware of leftover brownies from the fridge on a sunday rainy afternoon and sink into the couch and read all day. Its almost as good as a half day cheat while watching a movie marathon.
Now I come to think of it , these tendencies are similar to those of women , especially after an emotional break up or similar. :|Last edited by blacksmith77; 08-19-2007 at 02:38 PM.

haha - yeah i ate harry potter but i didnt fully digest it yet (hows that for a lame joke)
and it's weird - i was craving that box of go lean crunch - i use the redi whip with it - its phenominal -
starting with a box of cereal was a bad idea - so far ive eaten the box of cereal and baked potato soup and cooked the hamburger helper--- the helper is in the fridge im recovering a little bit before i head back in - im not as big of an eater as i used to - i wouldnt know coz i never eat like this anymore haha...ill press onward though!reppin the dirty jerz 201

Just bumping this ^^ I have a video timeline of myself post cheat from saturday night to monday morning and after fairly low cal/carb yesterday im almost back to normal.
Retention seems to have peaked at around 13hrs PCM (post-cheat meal) though i did wake up dehydrated on sunday morning so the first 3L of water for the day (done fairly quickly) didnt start coming out till like 4pm. Might do one final update later today on it

Well, I started my day well enough with an omelette (2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, slice of pepperjack) and some oats w/cherries and SF chocolate syrup. Morning snack was healthy with some cottage cheese, peanut butter, and sliced bananas. Then one of my friends called in tears cause her bf just broke up with her, so of course me being the good guy that I am went over to cheer her up. At some point we both got hungry, and of course she had those emotional food cravings. Here's what we finished off over the past 5 hours:
1 pint Ben & Jerrys Chunky Monkey
1 pint Ben & Jerry's NY Super Fudge Chink
1 California Pizza Kitchen BBQ chicken pizza
1 package of TGI Fridays buffalo wings
3 bottles Sam Adams Boston Lager
1/2 bag crispy m&m's
A dozen peanut butter cookies
1 bag of Movie Theater butter popcorn
Bag of twizzlers
1/2 gallon of chocolate milk
The things guys do for women, geez

Unfortunately its pretty ridiculously strict..if its not oatmeal, tuna, chicken, veggies or fruit chances are I can't eat it..at least by the end of this I should be pretty ripped considering I plan to keep the same routine throughout. Plus I can pretty much eat all the food I want and not get fat
What a pal, willing to make a fatass out of yourself for a friend..its touching
