    Looking to cut about 10 pounds in as little time as possible! Help!

    Hey everyone, I'm currently weighing in at 192lbs and I'm roughly 6'1", however, I'd like to drop down to about 185, and then start my building.
    Note: I have been watching my diet, but I'm a little unsure how well that's working, tips?

    Eat 200-300 calories below your maintenance and continue lifting hard. You don't want to lose weight super fast. You risk losing some muscle in the process.

    You can lose 10lbs in a month safely, though, since you will lose 5lbs of water and 5 lbs of fat.
