This is usually how I start a question when I'm not sure if it's ok to ask Just curious how may of you use supps and what you use? I'm not really talking about protein powder. I'm talking about fat burners, muscle gainers, etc.

I don't take any. I took creatine a couple of times and it just made me feel sick. I don't even use protein powder anymore! lol
