Since I've taken protein, I have to take a poop every 15-20 minutes. Even the apst few nights I had to wake up to take a poop which never happened before. I drink about 2500-5000 ML of water a day. Is there anyway I can at least contain the poop?

So you started taking a protein supplement, it caused you to need to hit the toilet 3 times an hour, and you're still taking it after a few days? That's dedication right there!
Stop taking the protein, and if it you don't go back to normal soon, see a doctor!

different brands cause different poops. Isopure claims to be zero lactose, but something in there gives me the runs so does muscle asylum. Im fine with ON proteins casein and whey. And mass gainers of all brands.
