Their CEO is a small child. Does he get a hard on from harassing Rich Gaspari or something? I don't understand why he can't act like a professional.

Was just about to post about this. The email they sent out to gloat about suing Gaspari is such a f'ing joke. Just like you said, he literally sounds like he is wetting his pants with excitement since he gets to sue someone. All of my respect for thermolife that wasn't already lost (and there wasn't much left) is now gone, too.

Russell Wilson, the first QB in NFL history to throw a game-winning interception.
"So you got fired again eh?" "Yeah, they always freak out when you leave the scene of an accident."
Spiders are like offensive linemen, the best ones do their job and you never notice them.
An obvious example of New Math.

That bald redneck is the CEO of thermolife? Lmao no wonder it's a sh*tty brand. Also sad to see him comment his own videos, I'm pretty sure truthspeakerth is him.
What's up with sueing Gaspari for puttings "drugs" into Gaspari products? Shouldn't that be the FDA's problem? Why the f*ck are they getting involved? They should concentrate on innovating and making new products instead of trying to milk the f*cked up corrupt US legal system.
Also a company claiming their "E-bol" is stronger than Dianabol (which is a steroid) based off a 20 year old soviet union communist study shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the courtrooms
Strong irony in them sueing for false advertisement, http://thermolife.com/ is full of false advertisement bullsh*t.

This whole case is one loud cry for attention, a marketing spectacle more than anything else. Watching that video makes me want to go out and buy a bunch of **** from Gaspari and forever cease purchasing ANYTHING from Thermolife. Sad.

Anyone with a few hundred bucks can file a lawsuit in federal court. Sounds like Thermolife hired this guy:
to put together a Complaint.
My money is on an out-of-court settlement.
^^ Agreed, but it is unprofessional on both of their parts. FWIW, Rich Gaspari looked like a fool for refusing to accept service. There really isn't any question that he has been served, as it is on video. All this will do is reduce his time to file a responsive pleading.
