Hey guys, got some new supps today, wanted to check with yall and see if my plan is actually the right plan..
when i wake up:
3 bsn nitrix pills
1 multivitamin
1 flaxoil pill
2 green tea pill
pre w/o(basically an empty stomach)
3nitrix pills
5g creatine
40g whey
post workout
5g creatine
40g whey
before bed:
3 nitrix pills
1 flaxoil
comments? please lemme know

I would have skipped the Nitrix... WAY OVERPRICED. Could have got a better product for cheaper.

i got 3 bottles for 100$ i sorta figured u get what u pay for.. we'll see hopefully im pleased.. maybe i shoulda looked into it more, what do u suggest?
