Was 3 weeks into keto and everything was going pretty good. The day before I got sick, I was able to hit a 20 lb PR on military press and a 15 lb PR on incline bench. The next day I developed strep throat and later bronchitis, and couldn't eat for around 3 days. I lost around 7 pounds in a period of a 1.5 weeks, and now I still have bronchitis.
I'm just getting back into lifting and dropped keto, and so far I have went down 30 pounds on the bench and 40 pounds on deadlifts. What would benefit me more, hopping back on keto or going on a clean bulk for 2-3 weeks, then going back on keto?
The funny thing is, I was taking S-4 during my cut, and since I stopped taking it while I was sick, I gained fat and lost muscle at the same time. Kind of like the opposite of a normal recomp.

Personal record 20 pound military press and 15 pound incline bench? Typo, or...?
If not, then by those stats alone, I say you need to bulk... hard
As far as being sick, listen to your body. I've been sick on Keto and I just deal with it. If you've got a doctor, I'd say phone up the doc and see what he says
