I started working out again 1th of feb. to now, so it's like the photos are from 1th of feb.
4 monts of gains (almost) pretty good i think.

Looking really good kid. Nice thick tris, looking lean aswell, you did a super job. Since your only 15, you are in a good position to keep growing like mad until atleast 21 with solid natural test levels. Take advantage of this, I say this because even though when I was 17 and started to workout, I did not do so properly until this year and I wish I did. Keep up the good work.

Here's my transformation over the last 7 months and 3 days. I went from 76kg in October to 93kg as of today (yes it is all natural, in fact i'm a Type 1 Diabetic (you can see the pump on one pic)).
As for muscle stimulation. Everything seems to be growing at the same rate (except for biceps and lats which are than the rest).
Strength gains:
Incline Bench - Before was 40kg x 10 reps, Now 85kg x 6 reps
Deadlift - Before 60kg x 10 reps, Now 160kg x 6 reps
Squat - Before 40kg x 8 reps, Now 120kg x 6 reps
Dumbbell Curl - Before 10kg x 8 reps, Now 25kg x 5 reps
Dumbbell Shoulder Press - Before 10kg x 8 reps, Now 32.5kg x 6 reps
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown - Before 41kg x 8, Now 109kg x 6 reps

the goal is to get to a well rounded, super lean and athletic/functional 185

Hey Everyone.. Been training for about 3 and a half 4 years now properly, iv'e learnt so much with trial and error researching the net, speaking to professionals etc.
Current Stats -
20 years old
Height 6'2
96-97kgs
around 10%Bf
100% NATURAL.

Hey guys. Have been hitting the gym consistently now for over a year. Just uploaded pics up on my progress pics section. Really trying to gain serious mass and get ripped this summer though. Have never focused on abs at all. Have just neglected them so adding two days of abs in my 4 day routine.. Also doing cardio 2 of the days for 30 min. Any suggestions as far as diet and routines? hahaa yeah man I've only been working out a lot for the past 5 months though
I grew a coupl of inches aswell height-wise (I used to be like 5'7 now 5'10), so some of my muscle is definitely due to just growing up...=P lmao

Few years progress. Only really one year of ACTUALLY working out. The last year was more just "going to the gym" (I don't think I put on weight on my lifts on anything over almost a year..)
