    Beta alanine + Creatine

    I've been doing some reading recently, and there seems to be a lot of talk about the benefits of supplementing creatine with beta alanine. Has anyone had any positive/negative experiences?

    Also, does anyone know the effects of beta alanine on sleep?

    Basically both supplements increase your capacity for work. So together the help stave off muscle fatigue and give you some strong workouts and some good gains.

    No effect on sleep from either supplement.

    Beta alanine and creatine are two of the most commonly used and beneficial supplements available. There really aren't any negative side effects to speak of.

    I agree BA & creatine are excellent staples. Many products combine BA & creatine either as a stand alone or as part of a pre workout drink. feel free to PM me if you would like recommendations on specific products

    Only negative I see is beta alanine tingles, and even those aren't bad when dosed properly. Great stack.
