Day 14 & 15: OFF

Ok, finally up to date on the workouts. I didn't give any comments to them cause I figured I'd just summarize them in the "OFF" day update. Workouts have been pretty good and the strength has been increasing. Legs, shoulders, and chest are finally getting stronger while my back and arms are basically back where they were (strength wise). Overall mood has been great! A good euphoria throughout the day. Libido has been up with random morning woods and during class. I've been staying decently lean while still eating a lot and adding few cheat meals in a day. I eat "clean" majority of the time, but as of lately with school work, fast food is the only thing. Day 19, 20, 21: OFF
Dosage: 3 AM 3 PM
I had to lift three days straight because of finals week. I knew I wouldn't have any time to head to the gym cause of studying. But the workouts were good. Pumps and recovery were good and getting stronger. Libido and euphoria has been great. My appetite has increased too. But this past week taking finals I've dropped a few pounds since I wasn't able to get many meals in me and just snack on random stuff while at the library. Now since it's over I'm ready to get back on schedule!

Workout felt pretty good today. Pumps, recovery, vascularity were great. Definitely getting in the legs now. I did some cardio because I felt like I needed it with the three off days in a row and eating like crap, but after the session I definitely felt better and back on track. Everything was good today for mood, libdio, appetite increase, recovery.

Well a little change up this workout. I lifted with Misco1549 and since my schedule wasn't on track, I was able to lift whatever except legs and we decided some Back and Tri's. Didn't really stick to the HIT method but it's all good for this workout. Pumps, endurance, recovery was great this workout. Strength has definitely increased while on Core TEST. I think I could of gone higher on the BB rows. I haven't lifted with a partner in a long time so it was good to have one to push each other

So I hit a PR! Definitely stoked about that. Although I'll say I've done 90 before but for not as many reps, but still a PR!! Pumps were insane today and recovery was great. Strength is up back on the pressing movements and getting stronger. An a great workout overall!

So this is my last workout So I had to end it well for it and decided to just crush Back only, even on a shorter rest period between days, but set a PR in rows! The pumps and vascularity was great today along with endurance/recovery. Mood was great throughout the lift and entire day. Definitely sad that I only had one bottle of this. I move to WVU for an internship this summer so the last final days will be off gettin moved in and everything. And final review will be posted.

Final Review
Increased Strength
Throughout this log my strength definitely increased. Obviously it will after dieting for a contest but! My strength gains came quicker than it did last year after the contest and I also set a PR for BB rows. Strength gains for pressing movements took a bit longer than the pulling movements, but overall the increase in strength was definitely there and later down the road I would like to use it when I'm in offseason to really see how much more strength I can add.
Increased Libido
I was really surprised in this aspect of the product. Usually I don't see any effects until a week using it or a bit later. But around day 4/5 I started to notice an increase. And little over a week started to get morning woods and random spurts throughout the day, which was bad in some cases since it was sometime during class Good thing it wasn't towards the end of the period or I had to get up.
Increased sense of well-being
I noticed about half way through the bottle that my sense of well-being increased. Definitely had a good euphoria throughout the day and was always in a happy mood even if something didn't go my way and had the giggles around friends. Also, gave me a more alpha male feeling whenever I hit the gym or whenever I went out for the night.
Overall Appearance
Core TEST really helped for post contest. I kept fairly lean while my eating wasn't really on target cause of finals and being busy with projects. And also doing very little to no cardio.
Other notes
During the 30 days on Core TEST my recovery, vascularity, endurance, and increase in appetite were other notable things that had Core TEST provided me.
