    Really? I thought it was pretty darn good! I know it's not very much weight but I've been doing MAX OT style training and it has increased my lifts by a decent amount

    Personally, I don't think so. Using SS I went from 200x5 -> 255x 5 in 1.5 months

    going from 225 to 265 is kinda good, but I'm pretty sure you could add another 50lbs just by working on your technique

    at 146 lbs adding 30lbs to your squats is very good. just make sure you are using proper technique and going deep enough. most people i see your age that squat and have numbers like that dont go low enough

    I would agree with this, but maybe that I have to move further to get to parallel than him, that could benefit me more.

    Another thing, it could just be muscle memory because when I stopped lifting for football last august I was up to 300ish on squat, but haven't lifted since then

    Yeah would of though muscle memory will play a part in it, quite interesting about having to move further to get to parallel... something to look into.

    No you are correct. Since I'm eating above my daily expenditure that may be why I've gotten stronger. But I seriously think that the whole max ot training thing has helped me greatly in getting stronger. I defiantly recommend it to anyone who wants to get stronger/put on muscle mass
