    That is what I'd do, probably use two capsules which is what another brand suggested for tea.

    It was my school's spring festival so I've been pretty busy. I will be keeping this update brief, so to put it simply: stimulants (EC), whacky sleep schedule, excessive concert attendance. Also my glutamine is almost gone; I might be done with this log by the end of the week.

    Day 15 - 4/27
    Incline Bench: 180x6, 165x6, 145x6
    DC DB Bench: 65x9, 55x10
    Chins: 45x5, 30x5, 15x6
    DB Rows: 70x7, 60x9
    Dips: 45x10, 30x9, BWx7
    Ab Bench: 25x15
    Standing db bicep curl: 30x8, 35x7

    Day 16 - 5/1 (deadlift) and 5/2 (everything else)
    Deadlift: 350x6, 315x6, 295x6
    Leg Press: 470x10, 540x10, 570x10
    Calve Raises: 250x12, 270x12, 270x10
    Ab Bench: 20x20

    Chins, calve raises went down. Everything else went up a little bit. I was busy for a few days and didn't make it to the gym. And never underestimate the importance of a good night of sleep

    It's been getting better. I've been getting a lot of PRs lately, so I can presume my workout-to-workout recovery has improved.

    Day 17 - 5/4/11
    Taste: 9
    Focus: 8
    Strength: 8.5
    Endurance: 9.5
    Recovery: 9
    Overall Performance: 8.8

    Sleep: ~9 hrs
    Preworkout/intra: 1s glutamine, 10g BCAA, 200mg caffeine, 2s Geraniamo!
    Postworkout: Protein/dextrose/creatine shake, meal

    Bench: 225x5, 225x3, 205x6, 190x6
    DB Row: 70x10, 60x10
    DB OH Press: 55x11, 50x9
    BW Chins: 10, 9, 8
    Dips: 50x8, 30x8, BWx8

    BW: ~187

    Everything except bench went up a fair amount. Unfortunately, my lifting partner made my PRs look like **** as he did 5 more reps in almost every accessory lift

    On the bright side, you reps will be happy to hear that I did perform better than him on chins and dips, the last lifts we did in the workout (I had better endurance)

    Day 18 - 5/8/11
    Taste: 9
    Focus: 10
    Strength: 9.5
    Endurance: 9.5
    Recovery: 9.5
    Overall Performance: 9.5

    Sleep: ~11 hrs
    Preworkout/intra: 1s glutamine, 5g BCAA, 2s Geraniamo!, 2s GG
    Postworkout: Protein/dextrose/creatine shake, meal

    Squat: 315x10, 345x1, 285x5
    RDL: 135x6, 135x6
    Calve Raises: 250x12, 270x12
    Leg Curl: 110x8, 130x8, 150x8

    The glutamine is all but gone, so this is my final entry in this log. I had a great time using the product and hope to be included in further logging opportunities. I can't say if the glutamine specifically helped me with my goals, however I can honestly say that if you are looking for a glutamine product, you should buy this one because it tastes GREAT! It is also important to keep in mind that I had great workouts while taking the HP Glutamine and I've been getting PRs workout after workout.

    Also, if anyone is curious about my finals stats (beginning of log to today)

    Bench: 205x5 -> 225x5
    Squat: 275x7 -> 315x10
    Chins: 40x6 -> 45x5
    Dips: 40x9 -> 50x8
    DL: 315x5 -> 350x6
    Leg Press: 500x9 -> 570x10

    Only thing that didn't move much was chins, but I feel that is because I put on about 10 pounds with creatine, candy, and such.
