I just ordered omega thunder and soem protein about 3 weeks ago and had a slight problem with shipping. It came in 5 days rather than 3, however, customer service was great. Since then i get numerous amounts of emails from CS asking me how the service was. Id give them a 7 on a scale from 1-10. Usually if you speak with a manager about an issue it will get resolved quicker, im sure you know this.

I ordered my stuff on wed night...got it on friday...one time my stuff didn't come...and it was acutally omega thunder...but they fixed problem asap...I've had all good experiences with bb.com
