missionmuscle,
Awesome transformation! Pay no attention to the haters. There are a bunch of them on this website who can't make any progress of their own so they belittle others... it is really sad and pathetic...
I agree with your statement that there is no magic pill just hard work and dedication.
90% of your success is in the kitchen. People need to get off the damn internet and start paying attention to their diet and maybe they will get the same results.

I put up my pics to hopefully inspire others and show what is possible with a bit of hard work.
I'm happy to share any information or questions people have if it is in good spirit!About Me:

Great job to the dude in the pictures, but after doing a little research, this looks like nothing more than an advertisement for Vince Delmonte's workout plan.
Look at this guys blog and you will see constant links to buy Vince's workout plan. A quick search on the OP's forum posts shows that he has been posting EXCLUSIVELY in Vince Delmonte threads.
I smell a faaaake!

Yes - I have been posting on Vince's workout plan - as this is what I based my program on and have links to his site from my blog.
I liked the simplicity of his program - which I thought would be good for newbies and those that don't have the time to get an understanding of how training/body building works.
Information on my blog is freely available (training plan, diet etc etc) which shows exactly what I did to get my results.About Me:

I do actually answer supplement questions:
The only supplement I took was whey protein on the days I trained (3 x per week).
2g per Kg of body mass which for me (75Kg) was around 150g.
I'm happy to share any information about my transformation on this forum post - just ask politelyLast edited by missiontomuscle; 04-27-2011 at 12:06 AM.

If i remember correctly you have competed in the past so hardcore muscle memory was on your side for this transformation. I have made great progress this year but tons of these transformations i have seen don't seem possible at all. I seen one guy that was huge and ripped as hell, 2 months later looked like he stopped working out and took the before pics and sure enough looked insane in the 3 months... it's stupid for people to what i consider "cheat" in these contests...

no cardio - just three weights sessions per week. Here is one of the three workouts I did:
Note - the weights I was lifting above is for the last week. I started light and increased as often as I could, eg when reaching 12 reps on a weight it was time to increase. For the first week I was only lifting 20kg Dumbbell Press
Calories per day for the most part was 2400. For the last two weeks, I started to drop caloric intake to 2000 to get ripped. I feel I lost a bit of mass in these weeks and perhaps could have done this better.Last edited by missiontomuscle; 04-27-2011 at 06:40 AM.

Incredible! Great Job!!

There's only one way to lose weight wisely and permanently, and it's no secret. It's simple, but it's not easy: exercise and eat right, consistently.

Don't get me wrong, it is an awesome transformation. You look ripped and in perfect shape. But, what a couple of the other guys said does hold true. You were there, took a month off, and came back. All I'm saying is, this doesn't apply to your average person. You didn't do cardio, either. Your average jiggly belly man is gonna have to get his heart rate up a few times a week to become that. Not to get back to competition form.
BUT, still, great before/after pics. Lookin' great.

Thanks for the compliments.
The last time I had trained before the transformation was about 7 months and my shape before hand was nothing spectacular.
This is without doubt the most ripped and shredded I have ever been my entire life.
