Today I did 5x8 (40) and had a client do 3x5 (15).
78180 + 40 + 15 = 78,235SQ 172.5kg. BP 105kg. DL 200kg. OHP 62.5kg @ 67.3kg

Not sure if this will be allowed as i've just seen this thread and it's going to be added up from the first of january. I do 100 pullups spread through each week soooooo 78446+1650=80096
I can't see it getting to a million by the end of the year though unless everyone really gets the volume in. Cool idea though.Live dangerously and you live right.
