Finished my jug of Isopure protein powder yesterday so I went out to GNC and got myself another jug, this time it's Banana Cream (or something like that I forgot). I had Cookies & Cream previously which tasted pretty nice with only water. Let's see how Banana tastes like .

No gym today (never skipped a day ever since I started).. Weather is killing my mood and I'm going to spend some quality time with the gf .

Just finished my run(first run with my vibram five fingers original)

It was minus -2• outside and was a bit skeptical about freezing my feet with no socks on, didn't feel any more cold than usual.

I got a workout today, and If I was following a nutrition plan id be making sick gains.

So, I've lost weight but some days (like yesterday) I feel my gut is HUMONGOUS and hasn't lost anything at ALL. .
& some days I feel huge (muscle wise) and right after the gym my upper body looks amazing but then other days like today I feel I didn't gain any muscle mass at ALL from the past 3 weeks.

same here bro, some days i feel like a beast, other i feel like $hiT, i think its just a psychological factor that needs to be overcome during a cutting phase when you are starting out big! dont let it get you down, just keep going! im sure it also happens to other people in this thread! keep pushin bro!!

Have you been taking progress pictures? That helps me stay motivated when I'm feeling like a fata$s slob and feeling like I'm not making as much progress as I hoped I would. I have all this negativity and then I look at pictures and I'm like "HOLY MOLY TOLEDO BATMAN!" and I feel a million times better

im quiting the comp not my routune nor diet, it seems so dead here.

No acknowledgements of posts or anything their are hardly ever any responses to posts at allo. Plus i hate mondays for wiegh in, i prefer fridays so tommorowim going to wiegh in, take bf% reading workout my cals and start the warrior diet. May even start a log to motivate myself, something this thread has never done for me.

should have been friday weigh in,since the contest started on friday plus, people cheat on the weekend sometimes they can't help it (partys,ppv events etc), and sunday is a rest day for most so they can't even fix what they did on the weekend, but if they had friday as a weigh in day then you have the whole week to fix ur mistakes and maybe even lose a bit more.

Anyway i got some work to do, Setting up macros, making a meal plan now instead of just winging it, tweaking my schedule/ routine etc etc.

That is how it is working for me. My weekends were killing my diet. This is giving me the motivation to stick to it because I know I have to face that scale on Monday morn.

Btw, hit 195 this week. That's 9lbs since the start. It feels great!
