    priced cheap seems to have a good profile

    or

    Optimum 100% Whey Protein 1 pounder chocolate milk

    I do mixed martial arts for about 4 hours a day

    People love Myofusion as well...

    If its between those two, I'd go ON, but for the price of ON, you could do better, in terms of taste and quality IMO.

    Why a one-pounder? Doesn't really pay to buy single pounds, especially if you have to ship it.

    Martial arts or not, protein is important. I personally use MP's Combat and find the CnC flavor to be the best thing in the world. I weight lift 4 days a week and do Krav Maga 3 days and take Combat probably 2-3 times a day.

    i probably sounds stupid but im new to all this, if im trying to put on lean mass i want more carbs in my protein right? i do intense mma workouts 4 days a week

    I base my protein choice on the nutrition listed on the label. Fat/Carbs/Calories/ Amino's. Not listed, but I am using Intek and like it. As well, the Dymatize Fusion 7 is good but higher in fat, carbs and calories.

    I would definitely recommend Myofusion if you have considered a blend, great profile and taste. Heard great things about XF as well!
