I had my usual back day a few days which consists of the usual lat pulls, cable pulls and such.
I was surfing BB.com when my s/o noticed these reddish/purplish bruising marks on my back. It kinda looks like multiple purplish oval shaped things on the back.
Does that sound normal ?
I'll post pics later perhaps.

I sometimes get similar marks too, except mine are more like thickish lines. They normally go away in a couple of days.

I came back to search for this thread because I found something to make them go away...
Every since I up'd my EFA and omega3-6-9 fat intake to 50 grams + daily and started taking a vitamin D supplement they have comepletely disappear even after the heaviest set of calf rasises (over 400lbs on my traps.)
