these are photos of the conspirators in the plot to assasinate lincoln. Only one photographer was allowed at the hangings to take photos. Alexander Gardner, who took almost all the portraits of Lincoln that we know about. Gardner used four different cameras to capure the images from different angles.

It could be south america somewhere. They have a lot of european style architecture.
Could actually be somewhere like 9 de julio in Buenos Aires (I have been there before) but I'm not sure.

Don't neg me for quoting the pic plz
This VC soldier was part of a group that had just killed 2 of this General's (the man with the gun) soldiers and close friends... there was no way for them to take prisoners and the matter was somewhat personal too.
The general eventually moved to New York and set up like a clothes cleaners or some shop - my memory isn't serving me well right now - some people eventually found out who he was, didn't understand the context of the picture, and basically ruined his life

swolebrah you don't have to comment on every single damn posted picture and bump million times.Thread is good and I already bookmarked it but stop it you're getting really annoying with this.
I was enjoying while browsing through and then I just couldn't find any pleasure to continue because of your cheesy comments and bumps.Inspired by CAMEL JOCKEY

heres something user compan pm`d me. this is the reason for the bumps.
Without the most recent bump I never would of saw this thread and spent the last 2 hours going through it. It reminded me of the last time I saw all this sort of stuff and how I have not been any different. IDK if I'm a better human being now the second time around, or plan to be...but thanks for bumping it.FC Bayern fan before it was cool.

This was my mother holding her first born grandchild.
She was a kindergarden teacher for more then 20 years, a wife to my father for 47 years. She got cancer, and was put in the hospital for 3 months for chemo and surguries. Her fellow teachers donated their sick days to her after she used up all of her own. When she was healed, she went right back to work. Even when the cancer returned, the only days she missed were the days she got the chemo or was under the knife.
For 5 years she had stage 5 ovarian cancer, never showing fear, never backing down. When it finally took over, I had to watch the greatest person I had ever known starve to death for 5 weeks. The entire time of which she spent consoling everyone else.
Her funeral was held in a small temple with seating for 75. More then 500 people showed up.
The reason I am posting this is because every single picture you see should make you think. Should make you wonder. You never know what the story might be.
