track athlete for 8 years. i was a standout athlete since i started and was ranked 5th in the state my sophomore year and 3rd my junior year. senior year i didn't give a damn about practicing and it showed in my 9th place finish at states
i was also a straight A student and as soon as junior year came i got lazy and everything went downhill
sucks cuz i legit could've been state champion and had a good shot at academic scholarships to universities

Was a natural at Taekwondo at the age of 8. Was winning all tournaments and was put in adult classes for more advanced training. Was getting close to a black belt. Then I suddenly quit at like age 10. Have done some martial arts since then, but it's not the same. Used to get good grades. Been declining a lot for the past few years. Even failed 1 year.

When i was like 11 i was some soccer player, was soo sure i'd make it big, i really was good, was better than any player i've played against (srs) But when i started growing up i just didn't develop as me my couch or my family/friends would've hoped.
I still play football but only as a hobby and now thinking about quiting it to concentrate on BB, since i really can't get big and play football at the same time....
still feelsbad cuz i ****ing love the game, i mean i would die to play in a stadium like old trafford

<-- Has a shiny piece of paper that says I'm in the high gifted range with some unbelievable IQ the exact number of which they refused to tell me, got into the gifted program made most of the other gifted kids look retarded and then middle school comes around and I decide not to do sh!t because I'm better than everyone else, now it's such a habit that even though I recognize it's one of the worst decisions of my life (and I've made a fair few in my 17 years), I can't seem to change anything and I'm stuck coasting.

Well, since the economy is complete ****, and forever will be at that.. It's very difficult to find a job, especially so in Michigan as we are ranked 2nd for most unemployed which gives you an idea. Other than that it really hasn't affected me that much outside of the employment aspect of it.

Man my life....
I am here to share lulz, stories, pics, support, advice, help, and brotherhood.
I am NOT here for racism, sexism, *******ry, or to be a douche to strangers.
After a while, you learn that you don’t need anyone else in order to survive. No one is ever going to always be there, no matter what they say or what they promise. You just gotta suck it up, accept it, and keep moving on.
