I personally love the stuff. I think theres probably better but I think ON Whey is still a good quality protein imo.

I never got why everyone loved ON so hardcore. In my city Dymatize Elite is cheaper than even BB.com at vitamin shoppe and I loves the choco-mint.

i think it tastes good im not really into sugary tasting stuff like myofusion and the quality is good too. my next order will be iso-ology because it has a great profile but the taste sucks lol

I don't dislike ON. It's still fine. The taste is just dated compared to a number of newer products.

It's not bad IMHO, but there are far better now. ON's flavorings were not that great even 3-4 years ago. The quality is same as anything else. ON is just a small part of international dairy giant Glanbia, which also supplies protein to all sorts of other companies.

I love ON but I haven't gotten it in a long time due to price. There are a lot more brands that comparable at cheaper price.

hey hey no hate about ON. its a good product! However, their prices really have skyrocketed from the last time i bought it (at 30$ for a 5lb oh a year or so ago, now its like 40, wtf?!).. So thats an instant nogo for me, then you look at the taste. The taste was sub par, something i could drink, but not really like too much on the other hand. Plus now i use dymatize elite gourmet, its 31$ for a 5lb and tastes better than almost ever other protein shake iv ever had. its simple; most people are going to rant about a product if you can get something that tastes better, cheaper.

The taste is far better and it can be found for much cheaper than ON. I've never had Syngex, but if it's anything like SRO it's good stuff.

I still use ON all the time, but I use their 'natty' WPC, no colors / fake sweeteners for me.

I also prefer the flavor of the natty, less sweet than a lot of the others...and its not like it can't be found for $40 at times.

I also have trust issues with protein...I simply trust ON Natty more than some of the others.

I just started taking it a month or 2 ago and i like it so far...got the 10lbs bag for $75 from my cousins vitamin shop and im almost down to 3lbs left...ill prolly get more...taste is great esp with milk and gold standard is a proven product...was protein of the year not to long ago and also supplement of the year the year after. I can't complain about that...and plus its just pure protein and thats about it. Other products have a lot of extras that people dont need

It tastes fine, till you try any of the dozens of proteins that actually taste good and then you realize how lame ON's flavoring is.

People claim to not care about taste but these are the same people who buy fancy cuts of steak instead of rump roasts because they enjoy them more. Or eat at restaurants often. Or buy coffee at a coffee shop. Or ice cream at an ice cream shop. Hypocrisy is strong in many. We all do things based on our priorities and almost every person cares about taste to some degree in the food they eat... they just think saying "I don't care about taste" makes them seem cool on a bodybuilding forum.

^^^ this...for whatever reason, a lot of guys act like eating un/underseasoned food or using crappy tasting protein is some hardcore badge of honor they can wear and anyone who prefers protein that tastes good must not be as hardcore committed

I have no bad effects with ON, and I personally prefer the taste over Myofusion. I plan on trying something else after this current tub though, just to mix it up.

how long ago did you try myo? it used to do the same for me. but, i recently traded for a tub of the new hydro version, and it does not have that effect on me.

Because a lot of people think it doesn't taste great at all. I was sorely disappointed after getting the vanilla whey and vanilla casein. They tasted bleh. The protein itself was fine and you can pound it down and be done with it. But I actually like to enjoy what I buy and eat.

How is Dymatize Elite Whey? I figure it may not be the best quality in terms of pureness since it tastes SO DAMN WELL lol... but if it isn't bad per se I'll probably keep using it. I seriously think it's delicious (Berry Blast flavor!!)
