Okay, so I started lifting about a year ago as a sophomore when I was 16.
I started out without much knowledge in lifting, which definitely hurt my results over the first few months.
Also, not being fully motivated, I lifted only once or twice a week during the summer, which I regret a lot now.
Only once my Junior year of football got done did I get serious in the weight room. Ever since November I've had all the motivation I need and have truly become addicted to lifting.
Just finished a 4 month winter bulk, and looking to cut a bit now so I can fit into some old jeans. A lot of my weight goes to my legs.
Starting weight was about 165. Current weight is about 185.
BEFORE:
March 2010
December 2010
NOW:
Bad back picture. Couldn't get a good one.
I know my back is lagging behind, but I'm definitely working on it.

Thanks man.
Routine:
For 3 months out of my 4 month bulk I used this. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/12-w...ng-trainer.htm
I always lift at 6:30 in the morning before school.
Diet: Honestly, nothing special by any means. Pretty much ate what I wanted. Just avoided fast food and soda mostly. I gained a fair amount of fat, but I feel it's worth it.
For supps I used Six Star protein postworkout and Presurge Unleashed for preworkout.

you gained a lot of weight obviously but for some reason i feel like you dont weigh 185 more like 175 and the first pic looks like 150 ..but im just going off your height because you are 5'9 as am i and im like almost 160 now and look bigger than your before at your 165..but who knows maybe your body just puts the weight somewhere else lol either way good gains OP
Starting Weight:120
Current Weight:168
Goal Weight: 185
