    It's sooo good and I have shopped around to find a high protein yoghurt as well to ensure I get enough protein in each meal.

    200g of natural yoghurt has 184cal, 4g fat, 18g carbs, 19g protein
    30g natural muesli has 98cal, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 3g protein

    TOTAL 282cal, 6g fat, 38g (incl 3g fibre in muesli) carbs, 22g protein

    As you can see, it is fitting into my daily totals of 40/40/20 well.

    I tried to get my ass into a new pair of Sass and Bide jeans on Tuesday - no luck. The same thing happened last year when I did Max-OT and I could only wear them again when I lost muscle. Well, screw that I say. My legs look better than ever in my opinion and if they are "too big" to fit into Sass and Bide, well so be it. As terra's signature says, skinny girls look good in jeans, fit girls look good in bikinis!

    My boyfriend is going to the opening of the Sass and Bide store tonight. I'm sure that will be full of Sydney's glamour social scene *rolls eyes*

    Hope you're right Sherdi!

    I just tested my BF again using my Omron and MsFit's method (average of ahtletic male and athletic female less 1) and I got 15.5%. I last tested just after I started Max-OT as 15.4% so at least it is fairly consistent.

    Excellent results from your bf test Lou! I can't get into most "skinny" jeans either, but I would rather be strong!

    Just thought I would suggest something, I sometimes add some plain egg white powder to my yogurt to up the protein, if you added 15gms (1tbs) you can add 12gms protein.

    I did Max-OT about this time last year and gained 6lb, mainly mass

    This year I am on Week 5 and so far I think I have gained about 2lb

    Yes that's it, balance. You can also get a bodyscience one which is good too! I have been thinking about Max-OT as well, seeing that I am bulking now might be a good thing. I am glad you have had so much success with it. 2lbs so far is awesome! Looks like your bf is down there too! You are working really hard! Franky I would think it would be really good for you as you find it hard to put on muscle and weight.

    Week 5 - Max-OT - Triceps and abs

    15mins warm up on elliptical (it was cold this morning!)

    Lying tricep extension 22x12 (warm up), 22x12 (warm up), 39x6, 44x6 --> new PB!

    Cable tricep pressdown with straight bar 66x6, 73x6 --> new PB!

    Tricep push ups from toes 1 set of 5, 1 set of 4

    Lying leg raises with fitball 2 sets of 10

    Ab crunch machine 2 sets of 10

    Followed by 60mins step class

    7:45 9 egg whites, 75g spicy bean salsa, 1/4 cup oats, 1tbsp ground flax

    I love the Rabbit Boy jeans. I had a pair in grey early last year but they were a Size 25 so once I gained muscle, they didn't fit and I sold them on ebay
