Excellent results from your bf test Lou! I can't get into most "skinny" jeans either, but I would rather be strong!
Just thought I would suggest something, I sometimes add some plain egg white powder to my yogurt to up the protein, if you added 15gms (1tbs) you can add 12gms protein.

Yes that's it, balance. You can also get a bodyscience one which is good too! I have been thinking about Max-OT as well, seeing that I am bulking now might be a good thing. I am glad you have had so much success with it. 2lbs so far is awesome! Looks like your bf is down there too! You are working really hard! Franky I would think it would be really good for you as you find it hard to put on muscle and weight.

15mins warm up on elliptical (it was cold this morning!)
Lying tricep extension 22x12 (warm up), 22x12 (warm up), 39x6, 44x6 --> new PB!
Cable tricep pressdown with straight bar 66x6, 73x6 --> new PB!
Tricep push ups from toes 1 set of 5, 1 set of 4
Lying leg raises with fitball 2 sets of 10
Ab crunch machine 2 sets of 10
Followed by 60mins step class
