WARNING DO NOT EAT PROTEIN
Im 100% serious. I was naive like all of you guys once. At one point I was taking in close to 600 grams of protein per day. One day I had horrible pains that turned out to be appendix failure. Now I am on the appendix transplant wait list and I dont know if ill ever get a new appendix. PROTEIN IS SUPER BAD. Dont consume it!!!
