lmfao yeh ignorance is bliss. Countries like India and China have billions of people and China in particularly spends enourmous amounts of money on training and developing athletes for the olympics. However, despite their large population they've never been able to produce any notable sprinters. In fact i don't think a single asian has ever run the 100m in under 10 seconds and only 1 white guy ever has. On the other hand there's been dozens of black athletes who have consistently broken the barrier even though they've got only a fraction of the population of all the other countries. In fact even an Australian aboriginal (Patrick Johnson) has run the 100m in under 10 seconds. I'm not trying to say that white or asian guys can't be fast but GENERALLY black guys will be faster and it's the people who refuse to accept facts like this who are the real racists. Even T-Nation wrote an article explaining why black people are generally the best athletes at specific sports like sprinting.

People try and use the Chinese doing well in weightlifting for a reason that the Chinese aren't small and weak on the whole, when in fact it kinda proves it. They dominate the mens 60kg because they have many small males, they train them from a very young age, have great facilities, coaching the lot, but comes to super heavy weight and where are they then? then the big Russians come to play and the chinese can't compete because even with over a billion population they haven't got the genetics to compete at super heavy weights. It's only because sports like weightlifting, boxing etc have weight classes and allows the little guy to compete. You don't get height categories in sprinting or weight categories in the NFL, it's fastest and strongest win end of. I don't really get why lighter categories get so much respect and this is coming from an 80kg male. Yet at stuff like gymnastics they've got great genetics, short, light, big body and short limbs which makes you good at spinning. Black people aren't good at gymnastics because in general their limbs are too long and they're too tall.
It's not about one race being physically better than another, it's about them being suited to different sports.288 crew

Its true that you dont see many asian SHWs. But i wouldnt so far as to say they cant compete. Last year the WWC SHW was won by an Iranian, and the year before it was won by a Korean. Im guessing if you go to Asia you wont see many 105kg+ people walking around at all, probably partly due to genetics and partly due to diet. The westernized asians arent really that small. On average, asians are probably lighter, just like on average west africans may be faster. But you can hardly say a certain race is genetically predisposed to be elite at something, because the elites are always anomalies. Average black guy genetics wont get you to elite levels of sprinting. That white guy who ran sub 10 probably has more genetics in common with Usain Bolt than the average white man. And both of them would be quite different from the average black man too, even if black men on average are slightly faster.
Edit: and as for lower weight classes, the reason they are respected as well in weightlifting and powerlifting is because of difficulty. There aren't many people who have the genetics or put in the hard work to be able to stay light and still be extremely strong. u talk about learning how to comprehend but notice how that my 70's book comment was towards some1 else and it was on a different topic dumb@ss. atleast my sources of info arent drowned with the words hypothesis and thesis. the first 4 paragraphs of your so called source of polynesians "big stature" had hypothesis or thesis in EVERY sentence.
MUSCLES you need the resources. ok. polynesia doesnt have food. or better yet polynesia doesnt have the resources to lift objects. and running doesnt require muscles. ok, tell that to sprinters who only need some open space and no muscles.
i will agree that euro's are a much broader in athletic events than the other cultures but i partially credit this to funding. i feel that if other countries had the money to fund sporting schools then euro's would not be as widely competitive as they are now. they would still dominate strenght sports but i dont think they would in all the other sports. if you notice the countries with more developed sporting systems are the ones who are competitive at more sports. these are also some of the more wealthy countries (most of them located in europe).-we are what we repeatedly do. therefore, excellence is not an act but a habit.

- Do you know how much Polynesians there are in the world? Not even a quarter of how much Africans Or Europeans there are.
Of course you can be strong as hell from any race if you train but Polynesians have a advantage based on there built. Doesn't mean anyone is better then the next.

I met balls, I was drunk when I wrote that. I am super hungover from last night. The funny thing is that I dont live a slave life for my body, I pretty much eat anything I want and drink almost every weekend and I am still blessed with my Polynesian Genetics. Sucks that you guys have to pretty much live a slave life just to be in half in shape as I am. Being that I am probably the only Polynesian on this forum and you guys are all white and black guys with a little bit of Asian yet I am the tallest sexiest looking guy in here that tells me I was right this whole time.. lol why do you attribute your positive characteristics to your Polynesian descent but none of the negative ones like your obvious retardation?
Polynesians probably do have a genetic disposition for strength and size but you can't really say they have the most out of any other races, since it's obviously impossible to really quantify these things due to cultural, diet influences etc.
