What in the f*ck was he doing? That's unlike any shrug I have ever seen. Anyone can take much more weight than they can do properly, and then look like your humping the bar in fast forward, and it be considered good? I'm gonna have to post up some vids of me doing this method.

Who gives a crap if he can do 1000. Its stupid stuff like this is the reason he'll have destroyed all the cartilage in his shoulders by the time he's 45. Good luck doing any normal physical activity. I feel sorry for him, he thinks he's a man by lifting all that weight but he's only hurting his own body.
I see it all the time at my gym, all these guys in their mid 30's and 40''s trying to hit the club scene full of nagging injuries. Its laughable.
