    Superset with 3 exercises?

    Is that practical or just overdoing it?

    an example would be

    Lat Pulldown straight to Barbell Rows straght to Pullups
    or
    Barbell Bench Press straight to Cable Flys straight to Incline Bench Press

    well i mean you can but youd be doing lat pulldown and pullups which work the same muscles very close to each other....i guess that can be done but i tend to prefer longer breaks before hitting the same muscle.

    Actually it is not possible, 3 exercises back to back to back is called a Tri-set Probably better suited for smaller muscles like shoulders and arms. I would hesitate to do a tri-set with 2 compound moves like bench & incline or pull ups & barbell rows.

    i disagree, its still possible. its not advisable like i said (or implied rather) but it is possible.

    haha gotcha. Considering there's a term for it, I would assume it isn't THAT bad of a thing to do. Recently i've really been getting bored at the gym repeating the same thing day by day and this is something new i'd like to try

    just do a new routine? idk just with pullups and pulldowns so close together it seems like it would slow progress.

    If you really have a 315lbs bench@179lbs BW, then I think you already know the answer to your question.
    E-Stats:

    Bench Press 300kgs x5 (very weak as I have a broken wrist)
    A2G Back Squat 375kgs x3 (poor as I only started squatting last week)
    Deadlift 600kgs 25+ reps (I'm not prepared to go heavy with DLs as I have a slipped disk)
    One-Armed Clean and Press 300kgs (I was talking on the phone with my other hand so not my true 1rm)

    My lifts are so weak! It's so humilating to post them . . .

    I do I tri set when I do legs I do 5 sets in the 10-15 of leg extensions lying leg curls and calf raises
