I have only tried cellmass by bsn. I thought it was good but don't want to waste time if there is much better stuff out there. Cheers

Est ennercell is q great product that can be used intra or post.
I prefer it intra taste is very refreshing in the gym

Xtend is a good one but Recon IMO is the most complete recovery product on market.

Thank you both very much for the feedback. Recovery product of the year in 2011, and can be found as cheap as 35 cents/serving (36$ for 90 servings). Comes in a ton of different flavors, and has shown through reviews that it helps get rid of DOMS, reduce time between sets, and increase recovery from day to day lifting/cardio!

Naw, it just seems like OP may not have done any research on his supplementation. His only recovery supplement hes taken so far is cellmass. I wouldnt really call cellmass a recovery supplement.

But for real, the best recovery for me is when I eat a ton, get enough protein in and sleep. I would actually eat and take naps during the day, train at night, eat more before bed, sleep, wake up and do it all over. Some of the best recovery time id ever seen. I was working out 6 days a week, for about 2 hours a day. The rest of the day I would be studying, sleeping, eating.

I have been told halo by muscletech is good. Wat do any of u guys think ?
