I noticed when taking animal pump i never put on too much weight, and realized there is only 3g's of the creatine matrix in it. Would supplementing creatine mono post workout be too much? Thanks.

PUMP has 3g of creatine in it. If you must add more i would add roughly 2g to hit 5g daily which a lot of sites and ppl recommend. If not i know the label actual says has your daily does of creatine. What i find myself and seeing others doing is saving there creatine mono for off days just so they can keep the creatine in there system.
