Addicted to building on my physique

As of late, I have an overwhelming need to workout. I'm currently at the gym 4x a week past 18 months (training 5 years) and use my rest days strategically to recover before heavy workouts (ie. legs or back days). When things frustrate me or make me upset I just want to throw on some music and kick ass in the gym. I'm one of those guys that doesn't like to socialize in the gym, everywhere else I'd consider myself outgoing but in the gym I turn my cell off and avoid speaking to anyone, which is actually hard to do because all my fellow university students cluster and chat like its a night club or something (yes some wear designer clothes to workout). I'd been looking forward to my two rest days all weekend (today is day 1 or rest), but now that they're here all I can think about is going to the gym. Anyone else feel the same way?

Also if anyone has some workout music to recommend, let it out.

    current play list:
    Till I collapse-Eminem
    300 Violin Orchestra
    Du Hast-Rammstein
    Master of Puppets-Mettalica
    Pain- 3 days grace
Devil on my shoulder- Billy talent
    clubbed to death-
    Requiem for a dream-
    Headstrong-Trapt
    Adrenaline- 12 stones
    Parabola-Tool
Can't be touched- Roy Jones Jr.
    Sweet Disposition-axell remix.
    Dj Antoine-This time(Klass remix)
