Suffered a pretty bad pec tear, he's older now, it's the offseason, it's a guest posing.

some of these idiots on this forums thinking these people n pro's are going to walk around everyday with 2% body fat in contest prep everyday for the rest of their life, when one finish a contest and decide to take a break and then bulk up again n train, someone automatically calls them out saying wtf happen to them. no one is gonna look perfect 24/.7 365 days a yeah till they old

He doesn't look so good, and it's not just his condition. His triceps aren't big enough to match his biceps, and the muscle belly doesn't swell out properly (all their mass is bunched up against his delts). His quads are a similar story. Just a really bad genetic shape.
I know the man has a lot of fans on this forum, but Palumboism is well and truly kicking his ass now, and, truthfully he was never such an awesome bodybuilder to begin with. We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

Aw, sorry man. I promise I'll only talk about butterflies and rainbows around you from now on. Deal?
People, Ruhl is huge, and he has the best delts in the business. But I stand by what I said earlier, his physique is poor. I don't know if he went overboard with drugs, or if he's simply one of those genetically ungifted "should have been a powerlifter" types a'la Kovacs, but if you move down just a few pounds you have Ronnie Coleman who is just a million times better than Ruhl.
This guy never got top 3 in an Olympia for a reason. Aesthetics are less important than mass in today's bodybuilding world, but you STILL need at least a bit of them. We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
