- Started lifting in April 2009 at just over 130lbs soaking wet.
- DIRTY bulked for over a year, eating 5,000-6,000 calories per day. I put on LOTS of fat, but I wouldn't have been able to put on the same amount of muscle if I didn't do that. I don't regret dreamer bulking because I feel it allowed me to take full advantage of my noob gains.
- Post bulk I was 215 lbs and I got very fat. I started my cut in May 2010. I cut for 5 months up until just a couple of weeks ago and lost 35 lbs of fat.
- Finished my cut at 180 lbs, now currently "clean bulking" at only a 500 calorie surplus with hopefully minimal fat gains.
- All comments and tips are welcome
- Any lagging parts or things in specific that need work?
- Post bulk and current body fat estimations?

good stuff man
although i dont like what you said about needing to gain that much fat to put on muscle..
its not like that... you eat at a surplus and once you reach a certain point, there is no more extra muscle gain, just fat..
you could eat at a 1000 surplus and a 2000 surplus and you would probably gain the same amount of muscle, just more fat with the 2000.
this doesnt count if you have super awesome nutrient partioning though..
great progress, side delts need some work, the rest is up to you..halareous
