    back monday
    chest/bi tues
    off
    shoulders/tri thur
    legs fri

    Does this look ok? I need weekends off.

    I was a little worried chest/bi the day after back since biceps are used
    in pulling motions. Thank you

    I would move biceps to shoulder/tricep day. That's one of my splits and I love the combination. Id do Tri/Bi/Shoulder

    i reckon switcjing chest and bicep to minday and back to tuesdaywould work well!! each to there own though !
