Dinner tonight on a bulk

Ok, i need dinner tonight obviously but i am going out with some people and hanging around. I cant buy any food out being a sunday all the shops are shut where im going.

I need some advice on what to take?? Its got to be practical and i dnt want to be carrying pots around with forks.

I was thinking a grilled chicken breast wrapped up in foil, but im stuck for ideas, im on a bulk too so its got to be high protein calorific too.

bulk means more calories, and not just protein, you need carbs as well.

Just grill some chicken and boil some pasta or rice and maybe some tinned tomatoes chucked in. Whatever really. All shops are open here and it's Sunday just only 6 hours, I've been at work most of the day.

Yeah man, eat your ass off for dinner. Got lots of good high quality proteins like chicken or fish or beef...whatever and some good carbs with with like rice.

just hit up a restraunt and get a steak or chicken or somthing like that.

and im not going to a highstreet or anything its a country place, just hanging around with people, no shops or takeaways.

Also the attitued thing came because whenever i post threads asking for advice people never read my question propperly or they just come out with a load of useless rubbish. Which annoys me to be honest.

Then look for a high calorie substitute. MRP shakes, fajitas (just wrap in tin foil), f*ck even order pizza bro.

I would go with a weightgainer and just drink that instead of carrying around stuff in foil.

natty peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread. calorie dense, decent protein, fats, and complex carbs.
