i spent like the last hour n half reading this and seriously want to start asap
so I'm very meticulous and have to ask.
I workout out within 2 hours of waking up.
so I got to gym around 10 a.m.
and I plan to eat a lot from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
so is it alright to have 1 scoop of Myofusion pre-workout and post-workout?
It has 157 calories, 3 grams of fat and 25 grams of protein x2
and like 2 servings of fruit some time through out the day
that would be around 500 calories
so is this ^this^ alright, like not too much protein to have during the day?
I'm sure I can figure out the feasting part on my own.
this is a totally new concept of eating for me and just have to be sure.

few questions.
-will this diet be good for someone who never been on less than 25 bf%(first time cutter)
-how does it work out for you on off days? its a whole day of doing nothing, and at the end you eat a huge ass meal and doesn't get fat(still in high school)
-is it really possible to get to a low bf% with this diet?
-how time do you think i should try it and see if it's work for me(doesn't make me gain weight and help me lose) before i start to think of going back to my current cutting routine?
-can you post transformation pics of fat people who done that diet and their results?~SCC Crew~

I'll admit that on paper, this looks like a ridiculously retarded fad diet. However, I'm a sucker for trying new things, and regardless of its credibility it looked interesting, so I've been doing it for about 4 days now.
Few things about it -
- I've felt considerably better/less lethargic throughout the day.
- I usually have a very hard time getting out of bed, but this has become much easier. I've also been falling asleep much quicker.
- Workouts haven't suffered in the slightest. Same energy/intensity. Too early to judge any strength gain/loss though.
- Eating has become much more enjoyable. I used to absolutely hate preparing food, and eating it was always a chore as well. Hasn't been the case for the past few days though, since I pretty much look forward to it all day.
I'm not doing it incredibly strict with zero food in the first part of the day. My calories for the first 12 hours or so consists of a cup of coffee with a tiny bit of milk, 1 banana, 1 cucumber (or another decent-sized vegetable) and 2 scoops of whey in water spread out from about 9 am to 8-9 pm. I lift at around 3-4 pm.
I'm not completely sold on it yet, but I'll probably keep it up for another month or so and see how I feel as I don't like knocking things until I try them. So far so good though.

Oh yeah one more question, I don't work out till around 7ish cuz I like to have my protein shake an hour before my dinner, so that means ill be starting my feast around 9 pm. And I sleep around 12 with a casein shake before hand, is this feast to close to bedtime or it doesn't matter? Cuz I read to have the feast 4-6 hrs before bed and if I do it my way, that's 3 hrs beforehand I wouldn't finish the meall till like 930-945 so even a smaller gap.
If its better to have this feast earlier, I can workout around 530 but then idk how to bring the casein shake into play cuz it'll be after the four hour feast time

k and im not trying to be argumentative im just trying to figure this out. i calculated the carbs if i were to do that and its only 154 carbs. If you still think this is too much, what do you think is a good amount?
edit: and also right when i wake up i have an isopure (160 calories, 40g of protein) so im getting about 105g of protein total, plus if i add a little snack. Also im a girl so im sure that might affect the not enough protein thinkg

lmao i no im so excited and the good thing is (atleast for me) is ill be stuffed before i get to eat too much so hopefully it wont do much damage but you still get to eat like a king. So i saw a couple times in this thread saying about how cheat meals are epic, but how is that? isnt it just like doing this but with bad food? or is that the epic part? Jw. lol
