Title says all , I started cutting about 2 days ago i had my last reeses pieces im gewd. I got 2 months to hit 200 , exactly on my b-day. I started with a 1200 calorie diet today was
Wake up , (no milk)1servings of cheerios /plum
before workout (no milk)1 serving of cheerios
Workout- 1-2hrs + 30min+ cardio
After workout- 4 eggs
2hrs later 7Grilled chicken strips with lettuce
2hrs after that 2 drumsticks w/ green tea ftw.
and no I switch up my diet but I try my best keeping it under 1200-1500 and burn 300+ calories a day.
critics please on a diet / etc.

um.. you look like your pretty experienced from your avi, surely you'd know you need more than 1200 cals???

not if you enjoy doing it. aslong as you are in a energy deficit you will lose weight. you can either
A)Eat less
B)Do cardio
C)Combination of both
they will all yield similar results, if you try to cut too fast you will lose muscle. if you eat little and do lots of cardio you will lose muscle. imo yes 7 days a week is too much
i could cut on 1800 bro he is 221 pounds i am 150
