    Finally Cutting

    Title says all , I started cutting about 2 days ago i had my last reeses pieces im gewd. I got 2 months to hit 200 , exactly on my b-day. I started with a 1200 calorie diet today was

    Wake up , (no milk)1servings of cheerios /plum
    before workout (no milk)1 serving of cheerios
    Workout- 1-2hrs + 30min+ cardio
    After workout- 4 eggs
    2hrs later 7Grilled chicken strips with lettuce

    2hrs after that 2 drumsticks w/ green tea ftw.

    and no I switch up my diet but I try my best keeping it under 1200-1500 and burn 300+ calories a day.

    critics please on a diet / etc.

    um.. you look like your pretty experienced from your avi, surely you'd know you need more than 1200 cals???

    For your size/age, even 2000 might be on the low side.

    take your maintenance calories (find a calculator with google or something) and subtract 500 to 1000. do cardio if you feel the need to.

    Decent.. I usually eat around 3000-5000 calories a day. Took me at least a day to adapt too my sh!t diet guess i can move back up. So 2000-2500 Calories a day 30-60mins of cardio? I burn 340 calories in 30mins.

    scratch that. im talkin 25-2600 with no added cardio. if you want to do cardio, then eat more

    EDIT: your bf is 24%? then maybe 23-2400 with minimal cardio

    i dont no why you ever ate that much calories when you were bulking m8, u alredi had high bf and also you are not a hardgainer. next time when you bulk id be more careful, your adding a lot of fat on which you dont need to do, and also it just makes it harder on yourself when you are cutting down.

    7 days a week cardio too much? I usually do like 20mins cardio once a week while bulking.

    you need more try to get 1800 calories instead o f 1200-1500 ur 221 lbs

    not if you enjoy doing it. aslong as you are in a energy deficit you will lose weight. you can either

    A)Eat less
    B)Do cardio
    C)Combination of both

    they will all yield similar results, if you try to cut too fast you will lose muscle. if you eat little and do lots of cardio you will lose muscle. imo yes 7 days a week is too much

    i could cut on 1800 bro he is 221 pounds i am 150
    5 Days a week of 30min cardio ,2000-2500 calories , Muscle for me isn't really hard to gain I mean my gains will be a lot slower because i take no supps what so ever and just finished my bottle of fish oils. I just have to do a clean bulk after so I don't go back where I started haha...

    Youre not gettin enough protein in my opinion switch those cheerioes for breakfast with something like eggs you need that especially in the morning.You could eat alot more and be fine if youre really worried do HIIT cardio and long slow cardio sessions

    I would say just eat 300-400 under maintence.. I think you're going to lose so much muscle if you eat just 1200. 1200 would starve ME.
