    Rate this Full-body Workout

This is geared for strength. My form on power cleans is still very shaky so, at least for the meantime, I won't be doing any of those. Please critique guys. (this isn't actually the routine I use now, just one I am thinking of)

    Light: 60% 1RM
    Medium: 75% 1RM
    Heavy: 85% 1RM

    Pull-ups x 1 set
    Chin-ups x 1 set

Squats (alternated with deadlifts each week): 5x5
    Bench Press: 5x5
    Bent-over BB row: 5x5
Dips: 1,2,or 3 sets to failure (depending on day)

Day A: Heavy Legs, Medium Back, Light Upper-Body

    +Leg Press 3x8
    +Leg Extensions 3x8

Day B: Light Legs, Heavy Back, Medium Upper-Body

+Weights on pull-ups at beginning of workout
    +T-bar rows 3x5-8
    +Lat pulldown 3x8
    +Different curls for bi's

Day C: Medium Legs, Light Back, Heavy Upper body

    +5x5 Overhead Press
    +3x8 Incline Press
    +Different isolation work for triceps

    What do you guys think?
