This is geared for strength. My form on power cleans is still very shaky so, at least for the meantime, I won't be doing any of those. Please critique guys. (this isn't actually the routine I use now, just one I am thinking of)
Light: 60% 1RM
Medium: 75% 1RM
Heavy: 85% 1RM
Pull-ups x 1 set
Chin-ups x 1 set
Squats (alternated with deadlifts each week): 5x5
Bench Press: 5x5
Bent-over BB row: 5x5
Dips: 1,2,or 3 sets to failure (depending on day)
Day A: Heavy Legs, Medium Back, Light Upper-Body
+Leg Press 3x8
+Leg Extensions 3x8
Day B: Light Legs, Heavy Back, Medium Upper-Body
+Weights on pull-ups at beginning of workout
+T-bar rows 3x5-8
+Lat pulldown 3x8
+Different curls for bi's
Day C: Medium Legs, Light Back, Heavy Upper body
+5x5 Overhead Press
+3x8 Incline Press
+Different isolation work for triceps
