    Increase your caloric intake to a surplus and lift heavy weights to grow, then when you want to shred, reduce said intake and lift, do cardio and diet hard.

    The top 3 for me would be

    protein with grinded up oats
    creatine (i prefer mono)
    fish or flax oil


    Try eating a lot of healty foods. Google power eating diet and get a good meal plan to go by. Then lift hard and at 17 years old, you might actually be able to bulk up and stay lean/get leaner.

    meant more like to get size up and get more defined... im 5'8 190 benchin 320 and really dont look like it... just want to improve appearance to match performance. im taking Jack3d and just started takin Halo.

    If you want to look more shredded and defined then you have to cut body fat. If you want to be stronger and bigger you have to bulk up. Opposite goals.
