So my schedule was thrown off today a little. Had to go to the court house this morning for a couple of things. Downing my Vengeance right now and about to go hit heavy arms and shoulders.
Last day being off from work. After the gym, gotta go get a couple of things from the mall. Today's my better half's birthday. So we'll end up going out to eat tonight. Going to still keep it as clean as possible. Might go hit up PF Changs or somewhere like that.
But everything is on point. Will be sending an update to Ryan this afternoon to let him know how things are going and we'll see how things progress.

Good session despite the shizzle going on. Great pump in my shoulders and arms. Still getting strong.. 135 on BB curls felt really light

ok sorry for the lack of posting.. Trying not to be on the net as much at work now... So normally just lurk via BB..
But sipping on some ICE and waiting for my black cats to kick in before hammering out some cardio at home before I head up north to watch Auburn play...
Everything has been on point so far. Nothing major. Knees are bothering me btu Ryan and I made some changes today that I believe will help with that.
I'm starting to lean up but of course, my stomach is the last to go. But I'm not too worried about that right now. trust in what the plan is. I know I'm losing inches cause I'm going to have to break out my old belt cause my new one is getting loose...
About to start taking some joint supports cause my joints are starting to give me some problems. Just cause I'm going heavy and I'm actually hitting PRs. I'm in that middle stage though of feeling small and not being "cut"... But I'm just keeping plugging away on the plan and sticking too it. Going to add a bit more cardio in the next few days cause of what I ate last night and the small amount I will eat tonight. i'll actually hit my cals prob but my carb intake will be a bit higher. It's a birthday meal for the better half. After this meal, it's back on track.
I feel myself thinking about bodybuilding for at least 90% I'm awake. Meals, training, weak points, strong points, etc... When you train just to train, you don't worry about much.. Yeah you have weak points.. Yeah you know what you need to bring... But once you set that date on a contest prep.... EVERYTHING changes. The mindset changes. It's a double edge sword though.
One side you have, "oh feck, i'm actually getting on stage... Am I big enough.... Am I going to be lean enough and have the size I want... Am I staying on track.. Do I even belong up there.."
But on the other side, you NEVER want to miss a meal.. You never want to have a sh*tty workout... Cause you know, that is one less workout/meal you have before you step on stage.. You're training for something. Something you want bad. You want something that no one else really understands. Yeah I could just sit at home and do nothing. Eat whatever I want too.. Lay on the couch and play xbox... but no, I've chosen this because I want to push myself to see what I'm made of....
Workouts will hopefully be posted up tonight after the game but can't promise anything. They are all in my log book so I have them...If any questions, let me knowOwner of the Iron Mulisha
