i just got walmart brand again great value and wanted to drink this. i only mix half the jar in a gallon jug. it cant be that bad. its only 20 cals half jar. anyone else? im trying to increase water intake on cut to 3 gals a day.

I dont because of the aspertame in it. Don't know if its even a significant amount to matter but I still stay away to be on the safe side

I drink about 3 gallons daily too. That is including coffee, shakes and soda. But i make at least 3/4 of my daily liquids water . Keeps my hunger away during the day .
Lol but theres this weird thing, when i make my whey shake, i gotta mix it with a whole bottle of water, else its just to sweet to gulp down. When i drink diet coke it makes my mouth sticky, sooo sweet .. yuck If I do diet soda i go for some lime stuff we have here in my country, which isn't really sweet at all . Just carbonated and tastes great and it keeps my appetite down
Maybe i should go for a different brand of whey, i'm using Metapure zero carb choc..
