    who drinks crystal light?

    i just got walmart brand again great value and wanted to drink this. i only mix half the jar in a gallon jug. it cant be that bad. its only 20 cals half jar. anyone else? im trying to increase water intake on cut to 3 gals a day.

    lol i drink a gallon of water just at work. yes i eat 10oz of frozen spinach a day and 3 cups of mixed veggies.

    I drink about 3 gallons daily too. That is including coffee, shakes and soda. But i make at least 3/4 of my daily liquids water . Keeps my hunger away during the day .

    Lol but theres this weird thing, when i make my whey shake, i gotta mix it with a whole bottle of water, else its just to sweet to gulp down. When i drink diet coke it makes my mouth sticky, sooo sweet .. yuck If I do diet soda i go for some lime stuff we have here in my country, which isn't really sweet at all . Just carbonated and tastes great and it keeps my appetite down

    Maybe i should go for a different brand of whey, i'm using Metapure zero carb choc..

    you should not be counting soda and coffee into your water intake (rather subtracting it)
    they have a dehydrating effect

    yeah my last gallon is crystal lite, the rest of the day is water. i just starting drinking crystal light and it seems like im drinking all sugar/sweetener. feel like my teeth are going to rot lol

    *Bert Stare* I'm gonna' go out on a limb and say it's not the Crystal Lite.

    I drink 2 single serve packets per day and I count them into my caloric intake. I like Fruit Punch, Wild Strawberry, Rasberry Green Tea, Strawberry Kiwi, and of course the GOAT - Strawberry Orange Banana.

    I use it in homemade smoothies quite a bit....a single-serve pack into the blender gives the smoothie that "tart" appeal you don't get w/ just fruit/yogurt/protein (basically makes it taste a little more like a resturant smoothie w/o the additional sugars).
